Curriculum

1. Understanding Change (Early Calculus)
 

Builds logical thinking and introduces key math concepts through real-world observation.
 

Age 5 (Kindergarten):

  • Understand before/after and growth

  • Recognize simple patterns and motion

  • Activities: Spot the difference, draw plant stages, order daily events
     

Age 6 (Grade 1):

  • Learn sequencing and cause/effect

  • Explore motion and change in quantity

  • Activities: Sequence stories, show change with tokens, draw movement
     

Age 7 (Grade 2):

  • Compare changes over time

  • Introduce repeated actions and simple data

  • Activities: Seasonal tree charting, word problems, describe changes in stories
     

2. Foundations of Literacy

Develops reading confidence, vocabulary, and storytelling skills.

Age 5 (Kindergarten):

  • Learn alphabet sounds and rhyming

  • Build simple word recognition

  • Activities: Alphabet games, match words to images, sing rhymes
     

Age 6 (Grade 1):

  • Practice reading fluency and comprehension

  • Understand story parts: beginning, middle, end

  • Activities: Read aloud, retell stories, build sentences
     

Age 7 (Grade 2):

  • Expand vocabulary and paragraph writing

  • Introduce grammar and punctuation basics

  • Activities: Create short stories, fill in story gaps, write & illustrate a book
     

3. Math in Daily Life


Makes math meaningful through everyday examples and visual learning.
 

Age 5 (Kindergarten):

  • Count objects and recognize shapes

  • Identify sizes, patterns, and sorting

  • Activities: Shape hunt, color patterns, count and compare toys
     

Age 6 (Grade 1):

  • Add/subtract within 20

  • Learn time, lengths, and basic measurements

  • Activities: Block math, measure with hands or clips, practice telling time
     

Age 7 (Grade 2):

  • Add/subtract to 100 and explore multiplication

  • Create and interpret simple graphs

  • Activities: Solve problems, make charts, sort and classify objects
